🧠 IQ: BUILD CONFIDENCE
Think of 3 Skills that you don’ t feel confident in (e.g., dribbling, shooting , etc. )
Create 3 POSITIVE affirmations about the 3 skills, start them all with “I am so happy and grateful” (e.g., “ I am so happy and grateful that I am an elite ball handler”)
Write down the 3 affirmations (3x), then voice record yourself saying them out loud (3x). Listen to the recording. Do this 5x-6x a week!
Be disciplined and do this for 30-45 days. I guarantee you will become more confident in the skills you choose.
